Report a delayed, missing, damaged, tampered, temperature-compromised, or incorrect delivery to the pharmacy promptly.

- RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Prescription medications generally cannot be accepted for resale or re-dispensing after they have been dispensed or have left the pharmacy’s control, except in limited circumstances permitted or required by law.
A change in therapy, patient preference, medication intolerance, prescriber discontinuation, or failure to use a medication does not automatically create a right to a refund, credit, exchange, or insurance reversal.
If you receive an incorrect, recalled, damaged, defective, or potentially compromised medication or product:
- Do not use it.
- Retain the item and packaging.
- Contact Oak Lawn Pharmacy promptly.
- Follow instructions provided by pharmacy personnel.
Returns of over-the-counter and retail merchandise are governed by the Delivery and Return Policy, product condition, proof of purchase, health and safety considerations, and manufacturer restrictions.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after an order or prescription has been prepared, billed, dispensed, transferred for delivery, or delivered.
- COMMUNICATIONS
